Why is their specks and black spots on the inside of my projection TV?
Is there something wrong with it? It's a big screen by the way, a Sony...and always specks and black dots appear out of nowhere, you have to clean it from the inside, and even after they do clean it, a couple of days later, more specks return, is something messed up?

Sounds like dust settling on your mirror or lens.
Best thing to do is to use a vacuum to suck out as much dirt as possible, then use an air compressor and blow out the entire casing, top down and get all the dust out. Make sure to clean any of the vents too.
Good luck! You may have dead pixels on your lcd projector. I had an older one and some of the pixels had died.
