Which is better: Netflix or Blockbuster?

Both, I'm sure, run the risk of scratched disks, etc...What are some other downsides of both? Which is the best program overall? Which has worked for you? Which has the wider selection?

Well I have Netflix, the only problem I have ever had with them was that one of the DVD's came broken in half (I am guessing it happened while it was in the mail). I called Netflix customer service # and they said it was fine and sent out a new movie.

Now, I have looked into the Blockbuster one. The returning the movies to and getting new ones from the store sounded convenient but it was more that double what I pay for my Netflix.

I usually get 1 movie a week, and that is pleanty for me. But, if you were looking at one of the higher plans, the 2 or 3 movies a week, the Blockbuster one may be better for you since you would have the ability to switch out movies faster. It all really depends on what you want to spend, and how many movies you want at one time.

Blockbuster I've only tried Blockbuster and they are pretty good because they have that program where you can turn in your movies in the store and get free movies, in addition to the three they mail out to you. The down side is they don't have too large of a selection of foreign movies, which I adore. Netflix .Just started.Convenient , better deal moneywise huge vatiety, easy search. Netflix Netflix because it has all most brand new DVD'S Block Buster, more movies per month and for a much better price. It really depends on how much you rent because netflix is somewhat based on the amount of movies you watch in a month
