Netflix has a option where you can download the movie (rather than getting them in the mail). The catch is you can only watch it on your computer. Through the mail with Netflix. You can get files that download directly to your computer if you have a high-speed internet conection.
Apple iTunes has movies (you need to install their software)

and MovieLink (but you have to install some stuff here too).

With iTunes you get to keep the movies. MovieLink, i think, will delete the movies from your hard drive after 48 or 72 hours.
