What do i need to set up a home cinema speaker system?
What wires etc do i need for 2.1/5.1 systems etc? Also can anyone recommend anything under ￡80? Thanks

Here's what you will need:
- Surround sound receiver
- 2 or 5 speakers and a powered subwoofer
- Audio, video and/or a digital cable, and speaker cables
- DVD/CD player
- A television (I imagine that you already have this)
- A power line conditioner and surge protector

But when you go into Comet/Currys/some electrical shop that sells TVs, Hi-Fis etc., these large boxes with pictures of speakers on them? Saying Home Theatre system or Surround Sound system? These are the complete packages, but ask a member of staff for help when choosing. Wires come with the speakers.
