Somehow, we accidentally put the Sony DVP-S330 DVD player into a dealer lock mode. This mode lets the dealer put the player on display in the store with a disk playing in it, but no one can come and steal the disk out of the player.
So there is a disk in the machine, and all functions work, but when we press the open button on the machine (or on the remote) the display lights up with "LOCKED". We've tried unplugging the machine and leaving it for hours. We've tried various key combinations, nothing so far has worked.
The manual just says to talk to the dealer or repair center when this happens.
