Excite truck is just a repackaged version of the original game from years ago. So if your looking for something to set your money on and don't mind low graphics then I guess excite bike.
It was always a great game. I know little about the other game. Sonic and the Secret Rings. More polished, has better multiplayer, has really nice graphics, and is nothing like anything else. There will always be more than one racing game. They will come out with a better racing game soon, and will have Wifi to play online so you should save your money on that. Theres only one Sonic (Well, atleast for Wii so far)
