how can connect sony dsc-s40 to win98 or win2000?
I'm using pentium 233mmx with 64mb of ram . when I want to connect my sony cybershot s40 to my pc it could not be detected by my win98 ; moreover , in win2000 it is detecting as a new hardware only & I could not see it as an additional drive to see its pictures as we can do in winxp. Please help me what I can do & if there is an additional driver or program I need to overcome my problem . Thanks a lot

wOw. you need to upgrade your computer really badly. 64Ram will not help you when you transfer high megapixel pictures, it would take too long. First of all install the proper drivers from the CD which came with your camera. If you cant find your CD, you can download the full drivers from sonystyle.com. They should have versions for win98 and 2000.
If your still having problems, sony on their website have a Live WebChat service. They are really helpfull and will give all the details regarding your drivers.
