Is the shutter fired by the battery or do you have to spring load the shutter? If you do nt have to spring-load the shutter and the shutter is driven off the battery then it will not work.
If you are nt able to get the batteries, you could rig a connector to an external battery holder and mount readily available batteries there. if you can set the aperture and the shutter speed manually, yes. just the meter won't work so you will need a separate meter.
