Why my pictures taken with my Canon 300D are looking strange?

Does anybody know why this is happen!?
The funny thing is: pictures taken with artificial light do not show this bizarre effect...

Without any details, it's very hard to tell what caused this. My suspicion is maybe you didn't have a lens hood to cover the lens thus the halo. Sun light hit through your lens and caused the halo. Try a different angle and see if you still see the same thing. Or just put your hand over the lens to act as a hood so that the sun ray doesn't directly hit on the lens. If the halo disappears, then it's time to get a lens hood.
I believe the gray spots are either CCD senser dust or dust on your lens (Did you shoot at small aperture?). You probably don't see the them if you shot using a larger aperture at f5.6 or larger (Larger means the number is smaller f4.0 is larger than f5.6, in case you didn't know.)?

Do you have more than one lens - try it with different lens? See same thing, than potential issue with camera.
Spots could also be something on the lens. I have gotten water droplets on my lenses at times and it look like what you see...
