Which one of these five digital cameras should I buy?

I have used the Hp 727,Hp 717 Hp 707, and Hp M 305, and Sony Mavica 88, Sony Mavica Fd 100

depends what your doing or taking pictures of.... they all take very good pictures even in dim light if you know what your doing and each has its own quality ... So it comes down to a personal choice buy the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50. Sony makes reliable products. Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50 Close your mouth, Your letting the flies out I am a BIG fan of the Casio Exilim line! I have the Exilim S500, and I love it. It even takes high-quality videos. I would recommend the S600, which is the same as mine with 6 megapixels.

I vote for the Casio! The Casio Exilim is available at great prices at Radio Shack http://www.radioshack.com Which ever has the best zoom. I learned the hard way when vacationing in mexico. Three ladies on the beach at the hotel next door were European sun bathing. The zoom on the camera I had would not get close enough. Now I have a 10x. No more missed boobies. I'd steer clear of HP altogether. While their imaging details are always nice, they usually use sub-par optics.

I've been pleasently surprised with my olympus. I own an olympus and a kodak - my kodak is more 'point&shoot' whereas my olympus is better for "staged" photos.

It really depends on what you are using it for. - as in "what type" of photography you want to do. I would buy the Canon Powershot SD600. My daughter has an older version and it still takes fabulous pictures with no trouble and it's a tiny camera. I have a Kodak EasyShare and although it takes great pictures, it's a little bulky and not as easy to carry around. But one feature I like is the 10xzoom. Make sure none run on cell batteries. I bought a kodak camera that only ran on AA batteries and found I couldn't take five pics without the batteries going dry.
