S3!!!! Depending on what you would like to use it for, the s2 may be enough for you. However if you have the budget and like only the best, go for the s3 The S3 is the newer version of the S2. It costs roughly $40 more. The S3 is a 6 megapixel camera while the S2 is a 5 megapixel camera. Other than that, they are mostly equivalent. I'd say it is worth the extra $40 for the newer model. I would go with the S3: Bigger LCD, looks less like a cheap silver toy, and has more megapixels.
