Which is the best digital camera out of: Samsung NV, Sony T30 or Canon IXUS 800?? What else would u

can't tell you anything about the sammy or the sony, but i've had an ixus 500 for a couple of years and it's a little stunner. can only think that the 800 is an improvement on that lmao- this is rather embarrassing... but I would recommend Samsung phones any day. And that's simply because I went swimming once in a lake with my phone in my pocket the whole time. I was underwater for 45 minutes before I realised the phone was underwater with me. I know, stupid. I got out and took my phone out and it was full of sand and water. Both screens were filled with fluids and I was sure it would never work again. It is a newer flip phone and amazingly... after a couple days of drying out, it works perfectly. Still- even to this day there is not a problem with it. I still find sand coming out of it every once in a while, but ****... you can't beat quality like that. :)

-Kris It depends on what you want out of your camera. The best way to choose is to go to a reputable dealer and play around with each brand. One may have better attributes than another but you won't like the "feel" of it or the look of it. After handling each of them you can then select the one you want. I have experience of all those cameras. The Sony knocks spots off of the others . The lens on the Sony is fantastic and the colour and tonal range beats the opposition any day. Canon. Since you are looking at what is called point and shoot cameras, the more mega pixels you can get for your price range is the way I would go.
