I suggest Pentax. I don't have Samsung a50 but I have Samsung Digimax i50 and it is not that good. The image is always seems blurry and not sharp. Pentax because at least they make camera so the optics is better. Pentax much better, samsung i would not recomend it and hp is not bad but pentax is better. Yikes. Those are some pretty craptastic choices there.

Although roughly the same price as the cameras you listed, these are much better cameras. The first is a good all purpose, semi-portable camera. The second is a full sized, ultrazoom camera. The last is an ultra-compact camera. You will be very happy with any of these. Canon powershot A610. From what I know the Pentax Optio WP is not a bad camera. It's best feature is that you can use it in the water though. If this is not the reason you are buying the camera I think this Canon is a much better buy.
