If my camera got wet and wont work again is there any way to salvage the photos I took?

do you have a memory card? if so, take it out and dry it off. if you have a newer computer, you can insert it directly into your computer to upload it on your computer. if not, then im afraid youve lost your pictures. within a month of getting my camera, i accidently dropped it and it hit the corner of my desk. i kept trying to turn it on, but it wouldnt work. my dad took it to the store [luckily it was still under warranty!] and they couldnt fix it... they just gave me a new camera. Depends.
Was it a 35mm or a digital camera?
35mm you MIGHT be able to salvage the negatives and get them printed.
For a digital camera if they are on a disk make sure everything is COMPLETELY dry and see if you can access the pictures from your computer or go to a place like Wal-Mart and see if they can do it for you.
Prints are usually $0.29 a piece or less.
