Best accesories for a digital camera?

I'm 13, and my parents said if I wanted a digital camera, I'd have to save for one myself. I'd like to know what are must-haves and what would be good to have, but not necessary for a digital camera. I'm trying to figure out how long I have to go until I'm all set to afford all this. Keep in mind, without a job, I have little expenses to work with, so I'd like to know what's best for the price.

A good pouch to keep it in, keeping it clean and in good working order. A soft cloth for keeping smudges off the lens and viewfinder. A small tripod. A tabletop tripod would be fine, but there will probably be times when handheld shots will be too blurry. You'll be glad you got a tripod then. And a card reader for your computer, so you won't have to hook your camera up to transfer pictures all the time. That camera looks like a very good camera for a beginner.
