You can download video free from limewire, then use Wondershare Video to Zune Converter to convert it to Zune format. Then use Zune software to sync to your Zune player. Here is a guide about 'DVD to Zune Ripper', the operation is similar to 'Video to Zune Converter', you can refer for some help

I hope it helps. you cant right now. You are able to put .mp4 video files (which itunes uses) onto your zune...but anything you download off of itunes is protected so you cant. The best thing you can do is download or burn whatever video you want then convert it to put on a zune. If you go into zunescene.com in their forums they have a section for helping you w/ converting videos and will answer all problems you have. try to find here
