YouTube Video?
I just bought a $4,000+ HD Camcorder to video myself and post in YouTube. But the video quality is still bad. This is my 4th camcorder.
What seems to be the problem?

It has nothing to do with the camera, it depends on the video file format, this are the formats that will get you the highest quality on youtube:
- MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
- 320x240 resolution
- MP3 audio
- 30 frames per second You cant get high quality videos on you tube. You are going to have to use a different video site that offers higher quality. i don't know but like go to best but or circuit city to find out why the quality is bad..sorry yea its you tube that has the crappy quality, not you...but it isnt THAT bad, so it could also very well be your computer graphics card... unless you have a perfect setting and lighting, then there is no problem hi Ishino! if ur posting vids to sites like youtube, myspace etc, u don't need the high-end camera. the vid sites process/compress ur vids and u have little control of the finished product. u also need to experiment with compression settings - gotta find the sweet spot.
I just put my vids on http://www.livevideo.com and I'm very impressed with the quality. u can pick ur own thumbnail... awesome! but of course yahoo! is the best ;)
You're a good candidate for vid podcast on iTunes - u host ur own vids so u can publish high quality. I use a $499 sony handycam for my vid podcast; you can check it out on iTunes: http://phobos.apple.com/webobjects/mzsto...
