Why wont my sony digital camera charge?
i have the sony digital camera model DCR-HC26 and it refuses to charge. i tried buying a new battery and a new charging cable and it still wont work. what can i do except buy a new camera?

Buy the BC-TRP from Sony. It's the standalone charger for your batteries. It's $60 and doesn't require the camera to charge. Since you have a spare battery now you will be able to charge 1 battery while using the other. i contact tech support.
