When i record a vedio in sony handycam and copy it in computer only vedio is comming& not audio why?
I am having sony handycam DCR HC15E camera and it records the vedio on a casste and not on a memory card. When i try to play it with the software that i got with the cam audio and vedio are both comming but when i try to copy it in the computer using the same software that i got with the cam only vedio is copied and not audio

there is most likely a setting that you either choose "only video" "only audio" or "both video and audio" go to his programs help section probably theres somethin wrong wit tha camera did u mute the cam?
