What is the best 24fps camcorder?

I want to shoot a short film at 24fps but I don't have thousands to spend on a 3 ccd camera. I also don't want to convert 30 to 24. I would like to know the best choice in 24fps camera (preferably mini-dv) considering price and quality.

if you get a rubberband gun, a fork, some glue and a 24 fps camera you should have quite a cuncockshun :D Canon and Sony have a number of good models as do Sanyo and a few others. You need to have a look at some camcorder magazines and decide which model best suits your budget.

My personal preference would be Sony, but go with a brand you feel comfortable with.
