WHAT is a good dvd camcorder?
I am looking to buy a dvd camcorder which is good quality, easy to use and that records straight onto a disc which I can then watch it on my dvd player, I want excellent picture quality aswell but I dont want to spend loads. can you help?

where the Panasonic VDR-D200 is selected as the best low end (under $500) DVD camcorder, and the Sony DCR-DVD305 is runner up. hi mate, i don't own a dvd camcorder but what i can tell u is that canon is the best. all the people that i know use canon and it's so easy to use(for me that is). my advice is that u should wait a while till dvd camcorders get more commen and then buy one. good luck!!! i dont want to get in trouble for putting a link in here, but i brought one of these guys and it was cheap as, and it works great.
