Aiptek Pocket DVD 3100 problem?
While connected via USB to computer my Aiptek DVD 3100 went blank. The LED light stays on, but nothing else worrks. The camera is two years old, but has very little use. Aiptek did not respond to my inquiry. Just wondering if anyone with Aipek experience has a suggestion. Might be time to look for a new camera.

I've dealt with Aiptek in Irvine. They do not respond to e-mail inquiries very quickly. It can take up to 2 weeks.
The best way to get hold of them is to call and hit "0" for the operator. Get someone's name and direct line or email so you can communicate with them specifically.
That's a $30 camera you're talking about anyway. I wouldn't sweat purchasing a new one. Upgrade to the 4100, it is so much better.
